The Bush administration has announced that it will not be using the $350 billion that remains of the approved bailout funds. This means that the Obama administration and the incoming Congress will get to decide what, if anything, should be done with the remaining funds.

Education Plan: No child left behind is flawed in its implementation. The real name for this is no child allowed ahead. The way I understand it, the slowest child determines the speed at which the class progresses. Assume an average class of 30 students.
